1. A student is not entitled to a refund if the student does not complete the course.
2. A student is only entitled to a refund if the student took the course, did all the assignments, used our support and resources, consistently implemented what was taught within the 3 months following the course end-date, and did not see any results.
3. A student forfeits the right to a refund if the student does not start or finish the course.
4. A student that joins the course on flexible payment terms forfeits the right to a refund.
5. A student that has an outstanding payment does not qualify for a refund.
6. A student forfeits the right for a refund once the student accesses any of our course materials.
7. A student taking any of our online courses must complete the course and assignments with 2 months of the first login to qualify for a refund.
If you meet any of these requirements, then all you need to do is email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) asking for a refund with your bank details. We will review your refund request, and if you meet the stipulated terms and conditions, we will grant you a refund. We would respond to refund requests within 3-5 working days.
Missing an instalment payment for any of our programmes may result in the suspension or termination of your access to all our programmes, products, and services.
